Makes 1 loaf | Easy

Banana Bread
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup canola oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 bananas, mashed 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 

Combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt In a large mixing bowl and set aside. 

In a large glass measuring cup, combine the almond milk and apple cider vinegar and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes then add the canola oil, vanilla extract, mashed bananas and whisk until combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Lightly grease a 12-inch tart pan. Pour in the batter and bake for 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted through the center of the bread comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan and serving.
