Our favorite martini

Makes 1 Martini

2 shots of Hendricks Gin

3/4 shot olive juice 

1/2 teaspoon of dry vermouth 

Ice

Olives

Chill the Martini Glasses: 

Fill the martini glass with ice cubes and cold water and set aside while you make the cocktail. 

Make the Martini: 

Fill a cocktail shaker 3/4 of the way full with ice then add the gin, olive juice, and vermouth. Cover and shake for 30 seconds until extremely cold.  

At this point the martini glass should have an icy exterior. Pour out the ice and water from the glass then strain the cocktail into it. Add an olive to the martini. Serve immediately.
